Competition Dance Teams

We are exploring the possibility of launching a new younger competition team this fall, coached by Camilla!

This team would be designed for students entering 6th–9th grade who are interested in growing as dancers, building stronger technique, performing more, and experiencing the excitement of competition in a supportive Rhythms environment.

Before we decide whether to move forward, we’d love to gather interested families for a short parent/student interest meeting. We’ll talk through what the team could look like, including possible auditions, summer boot camp dates, schedule, commitment, pricing, and competition opportunities. We’ll also gather feedback from families about what level of commitment feels realistic and what kind of team experience would be the best fit.

Parents should plan to attend, and dancers are welcome and encouraged to join as well.  

This is not a commitment to join the team. It is simply a chance to learn more, ask questions, share feedback, and help us decide whether this is the right time to launch a younger competition team at Rhythms.

If your dancer is entering 6th–9th grade and might be interested, we would love for you to attend.
