Fall Policies 2025

Session Dates:

Start Date: August 25th

End Date: January 16th

 

No Classes:

October 31st (Halloween)

November 24th - November 30th (Thanksgiving Break)

December 22nd - January 4th (Winter Break)

 

We ARE Open:

Labor Day (Sept. 1st)

Veteran’s Day (Nov. 11th)

 

Performances:

Winter Performances: January 17th

Note: Big Top Wonders, Frozen and Chicago do not participate in these performances.

Payment:

Payment for classes are broken into 4 installments.

  • First Installment: Charged at the time of enrollment, due by September 1st.
  • Remaining Installments: Charged during the first week of October, November, and December.
  • No payment in January. 

Credit Card: Ensure your credit card information is correct on the registration website.

Alternative Payment: Email the studio if you cannot pay by credit card.

Refund Policy: No refunds once classes have begun.  No refunds for missed classes.

 

Musicals:

Frozen and Chicago follow a slightly different schedule as well as a different payment structure.  Please read about that on their individual web pages.  These classes also do not perform in the Winter Showcases as they have their own performances.

 

1-Day Enrollment for 2-Day Classes:

While we strongly encourage students to attend both days of our 2-day-per-week classes to get the full experience, we understand that may not work for every family’s schedule. For those who can only attend once per week, we offer a 1-day enrollment option at 60% of the full tuition.

 

If you’d like to request this option, please email the studio so we can apply the adjusted rate to your account.

 

Family Discount:

We offer a family discount of 10% for families with two or more students enrolled.  The discount should apply automatically; if not, please contact the studio to have it applied.

 

Class Cancellations:

We do our best to provide substitutes whenever a teacher is unable to teach.  However at times, we may need to cancel a class and have a makeup class on a later date.  We do not offer refunds if your child cannot attend the makeup class, but we do our best to make sure all students can attend the chosen time.  

 

Communication:

We ask that everyone joins our Rhythms Family GroupMe chat.  GroupMe is an app that we can use to text all of our studio families quickly and send reminders when needed.  It is a free app, so we ask that you download it. We will email out the link to our group chat about a week before classes begin.
