Spring Policies

 

SESSION DATES:

January 24th - June 3rd (17 weeks of classes)

No classes: February 20-27 or April 3-10

 

PERFORMANCE:

All classes will perform in one of our Spring Showcases on June 4-5 (except for A Chorus Line and Moana).  See individual age pages for details on show day. 

 

PAYMENT:  

Payment is broken up into 4 installments.  The first payment will be automatically charged a week before classes begin. These remaining installments will be charged during the first week of March, April, and May.  (no payment in June).  When registering, please be sure your credit card is correct in the registration website.  Please email the studio if you cannot pay by credit card.  Refunds are not available once classes have begun.

 

ONCE PER WEEK RATE:  

For students who can only take once per week in a class offered twice per week, the cost is 60% of the regular rate.  Ex.  If class meets twice per week and cost is $100, the cost to take the class once per week is $60.

 

MUSICALS:

Moana and A Chorus Line follow a slightly different schedule as well as a different payment structure.  Please read about that on their individual web pages.  These classes also do not perform in the spring showcase as they have their own performances.

 

FAMILY DISCOUNT:

We offer a family discount of 10% for families with two or more students enrolled.  The discount should apply automatically; if not, please contact studio to have it applied.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF CLASS IS CANCELLED:  

If class is cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance (smoke, COVID-19, etc) we will instead have class on zoom until it is safe to return or will schedule a makeup class, likely on a weekend.  We do not offer refunds if your child cannot attend the makeup class, but we do our best to make sure all students can attend the chosen time.  If one of these circumstances occurs, we will make our decisions based on a number of factors and will let you know by 1pm if classes will be on Zoom instead of in-person.  

 

COMMUNICATION:

We ask that everyone joins our Rhythms Family GroupMe chat.  GroupMe is an app that we can use to text all of our studio families quickly and send reminders when needed.  It is a free app, so we ask that you download it. We will email out the link to our group chat about a week before classes begin.
