Auditions: NONE!
Rehearsals:
Saturday, September 16: 12:00-1:30pm
Saturday, September 23: 12:00-1:30pm
Saturday, September 30: 12:00-3:00pm
Saturday, October 14: 11:00-3:00pm (first hour is costume fittings)
Saturday, October 21: 11:00-1:30pm
Saturday, October 28: 11:00-3:00pm
Saturday, November 4: 11:00-5:00pm
Dress Rehearsals/Tech Week: (at Novato Theater Company)
Tuesday, November 8th: 4pm-8pm
Wednesday, November 8th: 4pm-8pm
Thursday, November 9th: 4pm-8pm (optional)
Performances: (at Novato Theater Company)
November 10th: 7:00pm
November 11th: 1:30pm & 7:00pm
November 12th: 1:30pm
All shows are MANDATORY and students may not miss them for any reason except illness or family emergency. Students will be called between 1.5-2 hours before showtime for each performance.
Strike
After the final Sunday performance the cast will have a 60 minute strike to help pack and clean the theater. Strike is a required component of participation in the show.
Cast Party
We will have a cast party after the strike. The cast party is included in your fee so we hope you'll all attend!
Parent Volunteer Requirement
There are many things to do to put together a show, and therefore we would love for you to volunteer for the show however it is totally optional for kids doing this special ensemble option.
We will have the volunteer list ready by mid-October; at that time you can choose your position or pay the opt-out fee.
Production Fee
The production fee to be in the student troupe costs one payment of $250 due September 16. Your Production Fee includes your songbook, a digital video of the performance, and the cast party. Some of your costume will also be included, though we will ask each actor to provide some other parts of their costume including shoes. Show t-shirts can be purchased for $15.
Costumes
We will be asking actors to provide a number of items for their costume including, but not limited to, dance tights, shoes.
