Fall Policies 2023

 

SESSION DATES:

September 5 - January 20.

No classes: October 31 (Halloween), November 20-25 (Thanksgiving Break) or December 23-January 5 (Winter Break)

 

PERFORMANCE:

All classes will perform in one of our Winter Performances on January 19th or 20th (except for Peter Pan and Matilda).  See individual age pages for details on show day. 

 

PAYMENT:  

Payment is broken up into 4 installments.  The first installment will be charged at the time of enrollment and is due by September 1st.  The remaining installments will be charged on during the first week of October, November, and December. (No payment in January).  When registering, please be sure your credit card is correct in the registration website.  Please email the studio if you cannot pay by credit card.  Refunds are not available once classes have begun.  If your student has to miss a class, there are no refunds.

 

ONCE PER WEEK RATE:  

For students who can only take once per week in a class offered twice per week, the cost is 60% of the regular rate.  Ex.  If class meets twice per week and cost is $100, the cost to take the class once per week is $60.  We HIGHLY recommend taking these classes on both days as the classes were created this way to help students experience the most growth as performers.

 

MUSICALS:

Peter Pan and Matilda follow a slightly different schedule as well as a different payment structure.  Please read about that on their individual web pages.  These classes also do not perform in the winter showcases as they have their own performances.

 

FAMILY DISCOUNT:

We offer a family discount of 10% for families with two or more students enrolled.  The discount should apply automatically; if not, please contact studio to have it applied.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF CLASS IS CANCELLED:  

We do our best to provide substitutes whenever a teacher is unable to teach.  However at times, we may need to cancel a class and have a makeup class on a later date.  We do not offer refunds if your child cannot attend the makeup class, but we do our best to make sure all students can attend the chosen time.  

 

COMMUNICATION:

We ask that everyone joins our Rhythms Family GroupMe chat.  GroupMe is an app that we can use to text all of our studio families quickly and send reminders when needed.  It is a free app, so we ask that you download it. We will email out the link to our group chat about a week before classes begin.
